Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
