These outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, suitability, and safety of any output before using it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MealGenie. If you are under 18, you must use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts & Security

You may create an account using email, magic link, or OAuth (e.g., Google). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

4. User-Generated Content

If you upload images, notes, or custom content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely for providing the Service. You must own or have rights to any content you upload.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree:

• Cooking instructions may require adjustment
• Nutritional values are estimates only
• We are not liable for any harm resulting from following AI-generated suggestions

Always verify ingredient safety, cooking temperatures, and allergens before preparing food.

6. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

Consult a licensed healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.

7. Allergen & Dietary Safety Limitations

You assume full responsibility for ensuring recipes meet your dietary needs.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

We may offer:

• One-time unlocks
• Subscriptions (monthly, annual)
• Promotional trials

By purchasing, you agree:

• All payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled
• We do not provide refunds except where required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via your payment provider.

9. Sharing & Public Links

MealGenie may allow sharing meal plans via unique URLs. Anyone with the link can view the shared content. Treat share links as public. Do not share sensitive information.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, UI designs, and software are owned by MealGenie. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

You may use the AI-generated recipes and grocery lists for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activity
• Scrape, copy, or resell outputs
• Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
• Interfere with the Service or security features

12. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

13. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI outputs.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MealGenie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any health issues resulting from following meal plans or recipes
