Ingredients
- 1 lb lap xiang nang sausage, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add lap xiang nang sausage and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Pour over the sausage and vegetables.
