Ingredients

  • 1 lb lap xiang nang sausage, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add lap xiang nang sausage and cook until browned.
  • Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Pour over the sausage and vegetables.
