Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb orichiette pasta
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, then press a small indentation into each meatball and fill with a small piece of mozzarella cheese.
