Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of pickled carrots and daikon
- 4 sprigs of fresh cilantro
- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, fish sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then add a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a patty, pickled carrots and daikon, and a sprig of cilantro.
- Drizzle Sriracha sauce on top of the patty, if desired.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
