  • 1 cup cauliflower rice, cooked

  • 1/4 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
