Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • 2. Add the eggs and whisk until well combined.
  • 3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
