Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- 2. Add the eggs and whisk until well combined.
- 3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of coconut oil to the pan.
