- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
