  • 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat milk
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of whole grain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz of whole wheat egg noodles, cooked

Directions
