Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat berries
- 4 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the wheat berries and soak them in water overnight.
- 2. Drain the wheat berries and transfer them to a large pot.
- 3. Add enough water to cover the wheat berries and bring to a boil.
