- 6 large green onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 package of Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 48 oz can of V8 juice
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
- In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
- Add enough water to cover all the vegetables.
