Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup Korea melon, diced
  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped nuts, honey

Instructions

  • 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • 2. In a large pot, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
