Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, broccoli, snap peas, and mushrooms.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
  • Pour the sauce over the vegetables, and stir to coat.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve the stirfry over cooked rice.
  • Enjoy!
