Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, broccoli, snap peas, and mushrooms.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables, and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the stirfry over cooked rice.
