Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  • Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
