Ingredients
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add garlic and onions to the skillet and sauté until onions are translucent.
- 3. Add carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
