Ingredients

  • 1 package of rice cakes
  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • 2. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the pan and cook until slightly softened.
  • 4. In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and vegetable broth.
