Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) of hearts of palm, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14 oz) of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
