- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
