Ingredients

  • 200 grams paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
  • Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  • Add marinated paneer cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with naan or rice.
