Ingredients
- 200 grams paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add marinated paneer cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
