Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruits
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add mashed banana, honey, chopped nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the oats are creamy and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
