Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.
  • Add rolled oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add mashed banana, honey, chopped nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the oats are creamy and cooked through.
