Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 package of your favorite noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat the vegetable broth and water over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms, carrots, celery, bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the pot.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, and turmeric powder.
