Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cubed paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
