Ingredients

  • 1 block of tofu
  • 1 cup of seaweed
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Press the tofu to remove excess water.
  • 2. Cut the tofu into fish-like shapes.
  • 3. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Marinate the tofu in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • 5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 6. Place the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tofu is crispy and golden brown.
  • 8. While the tofu is baking, soak the seaweed in water for 5 minutes.
  • 9. Drain the seaweed and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • 10. Serve the crispy tofu with the seaweed on the side.
