Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 cup of seaweed
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess water.
- 2. Cut the tofu into fish-like shapes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Marinate the tofu in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 6. Place the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tofu is crispy and golden brown.
- 8. While the tofu is baking, soak the seaweed in water for 5 minutes.
- 9. Drain the seaweed and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 10. Serve the crispy tofu with the seaweed on the side.
