- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
