Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
  • 2. Add the quinoa, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • 3. Form the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
