Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, and honey.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the grated carrots, chopped spinach, and chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
