- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
