- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 yellow squash, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
