  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 yellow squash, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, then cook pasta according to package directions.
