Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
