  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving
