Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the red bell pepper and onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Add the tofu, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté for 10-15 minutes, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
