  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Press the tofu to remove excess water.
  • Cut the tofu into cubes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the red bell pepper and onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • Add the tofu, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sauté for 10-15 minutes, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
