Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 leaves of lettuce

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
