Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions
