Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a baking dish.
