Ingredients

  • 1 package of vegan shrimp
  • 1 can of hearts of palm
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Drain and rinse the hearts of palm and artichoke hearts, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3. Cut the red bell pepper and yellow onion into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4. Mince the garlic.
  • 5. In a large bowl, mix together the hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, red bell pepper, yellow onion, and garlic.
