Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms)
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a bowl, crumble the tofu into small pieces.
- 3. Add the nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 5. Add the diced vegetables to the skillet and cook until they are tender.
- 6. Add the tofu mixture to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly crispy.
- 7. Serve the vegan Rhrei hot and enjoy!
