  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup vegan cheese curds
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into fries.
  • In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fries are golden and crispy.
