- 4 pears, peeled and sliced
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears, sliced apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well to coat the fruit.
- In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and melted coconut oil. Mix well until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the oat and almond mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the fruit is tender and the topping is golden brown.
