Ingredients

  • 4 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears, sliced apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well to coat the fruit.
