Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until onions are translucent.
