Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 lemons
- 1 package of vegan fish
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut the cabbage into thin slices and place them in a baking dish.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the cabbage.
- Place the vegan fish on top of the cabbage.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and cabbage.
