Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
