  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional for heat)
  • 1 block firm tofu, crumbled (optional protein)

Directions
