Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
