Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon kelp powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegan crab meat
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the waffle iron

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, kelp powder, Old Bay seasoning, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
