  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
