Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
