  • 1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan cookie dough, chopped
