Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegan cookie dough, chopped
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cashews, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
