Ingredients
- 1 package of vegan chicken wings
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each vegan chicken wing into the plant-based milk, then coat it in the flour mixture.
- Next, dip the coated wing into the bread crumbs, making sure it is fully coated.
- Repeat the process for all the wings.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place the coated wings in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
- Transfer the wings to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through.
