Ingredients
- 1 package of vegan beef crumbles
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the red bell pepper and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the vegan beef crumbles and cook until browned.
- Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
