Ingredients

  • 1 package of vegan beef crumbles
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the red bell pepper and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the vegan beef crumbles and cook until browned.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
