  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
