  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
