Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
