Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and beef broth in a small bowl.
