- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

- 1 green bell pepper, diced

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the bell peppers, tomato, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
